Livefast123
We'll i've finally got my first shotgun, I managed to get a Lanber 12g over and under from a PW member at an extremely reasonable price. OK , it's been well used but the action is tight and it's mechanically sound, I can sort out the cosmetic detail later. The gun fits like a rubber glove apart from the hideous recoil pad which makes the LOP a bit long, think I may have to chop that in half. Really looking forward to getting on the clays now for some pratice then some pest control on the farm. BTW does anyone know what Lanber this is as I have no clue on shotguns. It's a fixed 1/4 and 1/2 choke and non ejector. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

lxtav
I've got a lanber sporter and i cant shoot it enough. Had the odd comment about it not being a beretta or browning but point it at the right place and it smashes clays just the same. Biggest problem is the one pulling the trigger. Send the serial number to gmk (importers for gun, can find if you google it) and they will tell you all about it.

Hopper Bopper
Nice looking gun mate. My first gun was a BRNO ZH301 none ejector with a sliding breach. Got a few funny remarks from folk back in the day but who cares when it's yours and you enjoy it. Smash some clays and enjoy what you have earned. atb HB

Livefast123
As you put it so nicely Got it from Eddoakley for the princely sum of £145, he even interupted his chip supper to sell it to me!! + £10 for a lined gunslip as I didn't have one. Cheap as Chips Edited March 19, 2012 by Livefast123

Livefast123
Not quite yet, when the price of crossing a bridge back into my own country is 1/25th of the price of a shotgun i'm buying then something is very wrong.........I won't bother mentioning the French :yp:
Livefast123
Does anyone know how to remove the action from the stock on these as I plan to get a few bits re blacked. I can't see any screws etc anywhere to remove the stock.
paulr5604
nice looking gun. If it is like my baikal there is a screw holding the trigger guard on the the trigger guard unscrews from the action and then if you remove the recoil pad there will be a hole where you need a long screwdriver undo that and it should come apart. That is of course if it is the same as the baikal.
