ScottCromwell2
What is the best .17HMR ammunition for CZ452 American?
pegasus bridge
of the vast array of .17 hmr ammunition availible , i find anything in 17grain to be very similar at the moment i'm using hornady red tips, but have used remmington gold tips in the past, I didnt notice any real difference other than the cost. njc110381
Please read?! This was the first thing I read because I thought it was important! The best ammo is the one that shoots best in your gun. Nobody can tell you what that is unless it's second hand and the previous owner tested it with all of them! activeviii
hornady 20g and 17g shot like a blunderbuss. remington 17g shot one hole groups at 100 mtrs. split cases made no difference what so ever. i dont even bother looking at them. i like to eject fast while still warm all over the guy laid next to me so i dont get chance to look. Dave-G
I usually dont bother reading 'Please Read' posts because the posters generally don't have sufficient intelligence or manners to give an indication of the content, but I somehow thought the thread might be a very very very important topic that was too important or too difficult to think up a subject title for. When I discovered the nature of the thread it made me wish I was just too effin lazy to click on it. I must look into the ignore button malarky.
