Cranfield
BBC News site. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/devon/5245458.stm "District Judge Paul Palmer told Wright: "I understand the difficulty that everyone has with the act coming into force." Judge Palmer was shown video evidence by the prosecution. He said: "What I saw was not exempt hunting." I knew I had seen it somewhere. pin
At one time I would have taken the BBC's reporting as gospel, they have gone to the dogs over the last year an a bit, so they could have it wrong
Whitebridges
It will be interesting to see the outcome of this case., from an academic point of view. Hopefully, the Exmoor is found not guilty, then the case will have cost the LACS loads of money and will make them think twice about harrassing people in the future. lurcherboy
Good. The league have less than 5000 members now and soon its all going to get expensive with all this twaddle plus the fact that their expensive digital cameras and video cameras keep getting smashed when they turn them on people enjoying a days hunting and following. I wonder why. But they do have some wealthy, monoped loving supporters FM I was told by an anti that the beatle and his first wife would pay all the costs for supporters that were fined in court. I can't say if its true or not but I wouldn't put it past them LB

Vulcha
has this country not got more pressing issues to worry about than a few folk chasing a fox with a pack of dogs ?homless drugs related crime child molesters ilegal imagrints putting brittish industrie back om track etc they should spend there time on something more constructive imo sorry about spelling but you all know i cant by now !!! Not atall! All the stuff you just listed is really minor compared to fox hunting. Those glorified night watchmen that call themselves police are trying their best to do the best thing for the coutry. This, apparently, is to stop anyone having fun.
