Amazing what you can find under yrs of oil and dirt

Its amazing what can be found under yrs of oil , dirt and abuse .the stock was really dark ,scratched ,dented but you could see there was a nice grain under all of that so my mate set to work on it to see what he could find and i think the result is rarther good ..not bad for a £50 no name belgium sxs shotgun . I will try and get him to email me pics of before as well . :good:

lovely bit of wood shame we didn't have before and after it shows how much hard work was put in to get to the real wood

Now that you have added ther "before" photos it really does highlight just how good a job your mate has done!

I would rather see a nice recoil pad instead of the wooden extention piece, but that's just me being a "fussy old ***"!

Even so, it is a really nice piece of wood you have there! Something to be proud of! :good:
