hedd-wyn
I've finally made my mind up and have decided I need to buy myself a side by side. To be honest I know next to nothing about these and would appreciate some guidance. I am not looking for a gun the same price as my terraced house, was thinking of something between £300 and £400 mark. I have read o here that the English ones are pretty good and was wondering if I could get one for those kind of prices. Many thanks Hedd
Bear68
You should be able to get a solid non-ejector in good condition for that sort of money. There isn't too much to go wrong with them. Guntrader is worth a look, as well as the CLA and Midland's game fairs.
Underdog
I got a Holloway ejector for that money with nice bores and blueing but with a little rust pitting on the outside. Nice light gun, bit short but ok. U.
Blackpowder
Have alook at the latest BASC magazine for an article on buying vintage guns. Some good advice there including do you really need an ejector. Blackpowder Edited July 2, 2012 by Blackpowder
