THE GRIFF
Has anyone any experience using fiocchi sporting pigeon 32g no 6 for pigeons. At £189 a 1000 I was thinking of giving them a go.

webber
I've been shooting FIOCCHI cartridges for a while now. I was so impressed by the quality and value that I'm now selling them. A few PW members have already sampled the delights of FIOCCHI. If you would like my price list for the full range of FIOCCHI cartridges please PM me your email address. At the moment I'm stocking mainly felt wad cartridges of interest to pigeon, game and sporting shooters. My next consignment due in very soon will see me stocking around 95% of the FIOCCHI range including some steel shot cartridges. FIOCCHI have been making ammunition since the 1870s, unlike the majority of manufacturers they produce everything to make the cartridge, powder, case, primer, wads, shot etc. They therefore keep very tight control over quality. Many other cartridge manufacturers utilise FIOCCHI components to produce their own brands. About a month ago I shot at Hodnet with 10WM, it was pouring with rain all day. I shot the course with TOP ONE 7 1/2 Plastic wad, the cheapest cartridge in 28grams. I shot just over 50%, but I managed some of every target presented which pleased me. Those who have shot at Hodnet will know just how testing some of the Hodnet course can be. http://www.fiocchigfl.it http://www.fiocchiuk.com webber Edited August 15, 2012 by webber
