Muddy Funker
Can you send details of guns you've acquired or sold by email to all police forces ? Although they don't state it anywhere from what I could see, Sussex Police were happy with an email.

JonathanL
Good question, I think you are nowadays supposed to be able to, but always best to check. I know you can in both A&S and Glos, have it confirmed in writing. Strictly speaking, you cannot - yet! The law has been amended to allow it but it has not yet been brought in to force. There needs to be a consultation by the Home Office as to which methods of non-recorded delivery communication shall be allowed which, to the best of my knowledge, has not happened yet. I may have missed it though. Having said that most forces accept it so its unlikely you'd get done for failing to notify. J.
