dawntredder
yeh tha gud but you dont need be paying that sort ov money for deeks there is lots ov differant ones out there which do the job for half the price..i just use good old shells and few full bodied have done for years...better off buying dozen shells with spring sticks&some cradles so as you shoot them you add dead ones to the pattern..just the way i do it..horses for courses

alros01
I've got four chris green floater decoys got two off him at the game fair and another two off eBay and I've made a few just by seeing how they are made but you can buy all the parts off him separately like wings floating rods.they are not cheap though about £45 each I think

DEADLY PLUMBER
They are very good. He does put a lot of work into them. I bought a few to copy the paint job. However finding the time to do it is another thing. I still rate my 30 yr old Flexicoys with the collars tippexed up they still do the business. At the end of the day its what works and our budgets. mk1
Wee bit off subject, but I collected a couple of Hawkeyes floaters yesterday and was well worth the trip to collect them, the guys talked about getting the best out of the units and different approaches to setting out decoy patterns. I had a good couple of hours picking brains about pigeon shooting and an enjoyable afternoon Edited December 1, 2012 by mk1
