fenboy
There is something wrong with it , the correct answers at the bottom don't match the correct answers in the quiz !
guest1957
The quiz master has provided the wrong options.
Scully
The quiz master has provided the wrong options. He's also provided the wrong answers! I like the way they've differentiated(is that a word?)between pheasants raised and 'laying' chickens, possibly because there are more than 800 million chickens raised each year for food in the UK.We wouldn't want something like the facts to get in the way would we? Reece
The "right answers" at the bottom are wrong :( They choose to conveniently ignore the fact that only a tiny minority of keepers and shooters act irresponsibly, such as with the dumping of shot game. But, of course, never let facts get in the way of a good piece of propaganda.
tlennox
What a complete load of ****. This angers me so much, I can't believe any half educated person would believe a single word they print.
e2000e2000e
What a complete load of ****. This angers me so much, I can't believe any half educated person would believe a single word they print. Don't worry they don't! LACS is mostly supported by women in large glasses and knitted jump, with multiple cats, Joe public understands that this is propaganda and most people will not even see it! Yes the correct answear to the question isn't even given as an option! Anyone with a brain would see that the using multiply choice anwears on such open question is misleading! Stratts
Just checked out their facebook page I wonder what they make of my comment about shooting game!! Edited November 20, 2012 by Stratts
Reece
Just checked out their facebook page I wonder what they make of my comment about shooting game!! I've posted as well. Amazing how these people think pheasants damage native wildlife, even when pheasants have been here for a thousand years.
FalconFN
They are right on one point 'the huge impact this has on our wildlife'. Without the copses, hedgerows, cover crops, and heather moors that are protected by game shooting we would have many more vast fields of monoculture crops and pasture land filled with Italian rye grass that are a virtual desert in terms of ecosystems. The biodiversity in areas where pheasant are raised and shot is probably 100 times higher than in a field of wheat. I should add that I don't shoot game for my own reasons, but I can't stand it when LACS and others spout lies and mis-information because they can't find truly valid reasons to oppose shooting.
