sitsinhedges Posted November 19, 2012 Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 (edited) Due to having made more shot than I can reasonably use I want to swap my complete electric shotmaking set up for 1000 28gram Gamebore Traditional Game Cartridges in 20 gauge. The set up comprises 1 stainless steel shot pot and base with built in simmerstat heat controller and complete sets of drippers for 5,6,7 and 7.5 shot. The 7.5 shot drippers are double drilled so are effectively 12 drippers.It comes with the catch pan and overflow tray, coolant, two electronic 1200'c thermometers with thermocouples for checking lead temperature etc, 10kg of scrap linotype for alloying with lead, ramp lubricants, wax for purifying lead, various spoons, sieves, gloves, graphite etc. Pretty much everything you need to make shot except lead, though I will throw in a few kilo's of that I have left too. Because I'm not bothered about running a shotmaking business really. I have enough for the forseeable future and that will do.
