old_n07
I have a pair of these.... Ok but quite snug fitting round the calves, good value tho. Agreed about the snug fit, I did manage to loosen mine up a bit by extending the slit in the liner where the side gusset is. Still can't complain for the price

timmy264
Got a pair of hsf hexham's from the sportsmans gun centre a few weeks ago and they leak like a sieve. Complete waste of money. Going to send them back tomorrow and get some hunters instead
Elmer Fudd 1
i thing these wellies will be ok but its just like le chameau ones, if you use them for working, then you will shred them in weeks. ill use mine for on the driven days in the season and also occasionally out of season. its how you use them.not necessarily bad workmanship. ....and if im wrong then ill just send them back Edited December 18, 2012 by Elmer Fudd

Elmer Fudd 1
mine too arrived today. mini review time... price- very good build quality- not bad, they have some imperfections but we are all going to cake them in mud anyway so what does it matter sizing- i have 12s and my 12-13 feet fit in with comfy space around them, defo not tight on the calfs (and i have fat legs) comfort- good durability- not yet tested, if im being brutal the rubber on the soles is slightly soft. meaning use them on mud and not on concrete ill post a bit more after i have given them a run in. all the best fudd
woodcock1
If the imperfections appear in the form of lumps or bubbles they will burst in a very short time, probably days. My first pair lasted a couple of weeks the second pair 2 days. Heres a pic or two of the bubbles and what way then ended up.
Sx3 clay breaker
That don't look good if these fail I'm gonna send em back and get a set of aigles it's a little snug on my calfs I think they are slightly too big but that could be because they are a bit tight on the calfs but I'll find out Saturday and report Rgds sx3
Elmer Fudd 1
looking at the refund scheme it says that they can only be sent back within a week in perfect condition. im planning on using them tomorrow on a dog walk and then on the 27th for beating if they split before of after that date do i still have the option of returning them? will a refund include cost of postage to me? i.e. do i get £35.98 back if i choose to return them at anypoint in the next six months? sorry for daft question. fudd
woodcock1
The refund condition applies just if you change your mind about the purchase. All goods should be covered by a 12 month warranty against faulty workmanship or materials. If they leak or burst through "normal use" they it is within you rights to have them replaced. I dont know at what point you are entitled to a refund though EDIT You will not be entitled to a refund for postage in any case.
