955i
Hi all, have been given a goose and have limited freezer space so want to take the crown and the dog can have the other bits. Can anyone tell me a quick and easy way to get the crown off? Is it best to keep it on the bone or try and get it off as just meat? Thanks

henry d
My preference is to pluck and then just bone it out, remember there is so much good stuff to be gotten off a goose, confit legs, goose fat, liver, gizzard, heart.
figgy
Chuck something else out the freezer to make room. Have look online crowning is the same for all birds. Figgy
