The engineer would have to look at the barrels first to make sure that there's enough meat to play with. Your starter for ten, would be to speak to Nigel Teague. If there already is a reasonable degree of choke in the barrels, sometimes the best 'multichoke' is a different cartridge.
Gordon R
For Nigel Teague to do it - it would cost about £350 including VAT and carriage. http://www.teagueprecisionchokesltd.co.uk/prices.html There is a gunsmith in the north west who does them for a whole lot less. It depends what you are shooting, but I am going away from multi-chokes. At one time, I had something like 32 chokes for different guns, using about 1/4 of them at most. I own a multi-choked Salvinelli Monaco, but mainly use a fixed choke Monaco - 3/8 and 3/8. Unless you are shooting many disciplines - as has been said - cartridge variation is cheaper - also fixed chokes - say 1/4 and 1/2.

P~MX
if you really like the gun and don't want to change it have the barrels bored out to 1/4 & 3/8 or 1/2 this chokes will 99% of anythin you wanna shot at, Nigel Teague is the only man I'd let do this on any of my guns -- it's usually about £40 a barrel -- a cheap solution to your problem !
