My current license is nearly three years old, but the picture on my license looks remarkably different to my appearance today. Its been earning me some odd looks from RFD's (my local RFD has even suggested I should get it changed) to genuine disbelief that it was my license from someone! Anyway, my question is can I get the picture changed, will it cost and how much hassle will it be? If it'll take 3 months and cost me £40 I'm not too bothered but otherwise its viable.
