TIGHTCHOKE
Is your Escort clean?
bicykillgaz
I'm with tightchoke, before I owned a hatsan I borrowed my mates and had same problem he'd abused it and not cleaned it and it jammed open. I had to strip it to bits and remove the barrel etc before I could get it too release. Cleaned it, oiled it and it worked faultless.

steve_b_wales
After cleaning the shotgun, the piston goes on first, then the 'O' ring, then the barrel.
