Hi Roughshooter, I know this is a bit of a late response to the post above but I thought I would give it a try. Would you still happen to have any 8 bore load data you would be willing to share? I am getting into the reloading process for my G.E. Lewis and would appreciate the info.

The Ralph Grants weren’t true 8 bores. They simply bored out 10 bores to my recollection and bulges were a recurring problem. If using a true English 8 bore it’s not an issue if you use the established loading data and avoid steel.
