Davyo Posted October 2, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 2, 2013 (edited) Think I have found reason for open cert condition, I over looked a slip of paper attached to the initial letter re grant of certificate.It states that following a recent change in procedure, we are now using a single condition with regard to firearms which are used over land.You are reminded that it is your resposibility to obtain the relevent permission from the land owner, or from the person whom shooting rights may be obtained, in respect of the use of your firearms.
