Hedge your bets and tell them your not happy with price service etc and see if they offer a discount. Dont ask you dont get

I agree with you there today it seems that no companies respect loyalty first year cheep then bang up the charges with each year that passes the only way around it is to do the same to them threaten to leave them and see what they offer I bet you will be surprised.

My lad was with Sky, his bills went through the roof:

Has Since changed to Virgin Fibre optic, fantastic and makes his wallet Fatter as well ..

Had To go with Sky when they got took over from O2, which I was very happy with, Time will tell on this one:

if it goes tits up, I shall go with Plusnet I think:.. Stuff the big boys, they all want to rip you off in the end..

...another one hear that will be leaving talk Talk when the contract is out... i lost internet for 3 weeks ...... it took a email from a friends PC to the head person..dido harding.... 30 minutes after said email.... i had a telephone call .... problem then sorted within 12 hours...they don't like it when you go to the top
