Dont ask you dont get I agree with you there today it seems that no companies respect loyalty first year cheep then bang up the charges with each year that passes the only way around it is to do the same to them threaten to leave them and see what they offer I bet you will be surprised. Had To go with Sky when they got took over from O2, which I was very happy with, Time will tell on this one: if it goes tits up, I shall go with Plusnet I think:..
