Wildfowler325 Posted August 19, 2013 Report Share Posted August 19, 2013 As i live in scotland and only a 5 minutes drive from the loch of strathbeg 90% of the wildfowl i shoot is geese. I feel the best months for geese is october, november and early january. gilbert3006 Posted August 19, 2013 Report Share Posted August 19, 2013 Good morning guys, If you are looking for a guide for goose shooting in scotland, look up www.montroseshootingbreaks.co.uk I am working in the montrose basin area now, weve got about 250 canada geese and about 40 graylag at the moment but the big numbers of pinks should start to arrive around the10th sept, we will get birds in befor tho. just give me a call if your interested, you wont regeret it.
