Just a quick note on Starlight service. The on off switch broke on my IR on my Archer just under 2 weeks ago.Spoke to Simon send broken bit back so sent it a day or 2 later then said they would have to get me a new one. Julian i know was fishing in Norway last week as i'd pm'd to him on FB :lol:

Simon rang yesterday said new part arrived with them will post now,just had a knock at the door postman with my new switch. :) So thank you Starlight :good:

Hi Jeff i never had any problem with Julian either. :good: Bought the NM800 ir sat in the Midland gamefair will try it out in the garden later if the rain stops,tried the white last night out the back looked good.Bought the red pill to nearly cried parting with the cash. :lol::lol::lol: atb Terry

No he did not buy much he was to busy on the Daystate stand playing with the airrifles,and watching all the birds with big boobs walking about. :lol::lol::lol:

and paid for :yes: i would be getting a bit ****** off by now and asking for a refund as they quoted you 2 weeks :rolleyes:

nah not paid for, left card details but since then have shifted the money back to a better account! When it's ready I'll pick it up and pay, don't like the idea of someone keeping the details for so long

Looks like you may be in for another week or two , so that will be a 9 week wait :ermm: harvest would have came and gone maybe the fox's too :w00t:

Be interesting to see if they were at the game fair booking orders they cannot meet or maybe selling the NV you ordered :lol: i would at least expect a free upgrade for your wasted time and phone calls :yes:

Was thinking about one myself but maybe i should look elsewhere :hmm:

Still no sign. Yep harvest has been and gone! Last silage cut is on the ground so that is missed too, freebies now there's a thought!

 

 

Anybody have an alternative ? looks like there not interested (have they phoned or been in touch )

PS, did you mention Grasshopper maybe there lies your problem :lol:

I spoke to Julian after being told it would be 2-3 week's, 5 weeks past, I was told it would be with me the end of the week. (That was week 5 ) rang the following Monday, I explained that having an archer would be nice, although I could survive without one as I had for umpteen year's. The ball was in there court if they wanted 1600 of my money then get one to me ASAP or cancel the order.

Simple. I received it 2 days later, if I had of been told it would take 2 month's then fine but I will not take bs off anyone, I am a paying customer keeping them in a job.
