Alfieri
I used to use 31/2" BBB's which were excellent but can no longer get them. Forsey guns in Kent are selling 3 1/2" 1's for £23.73 I have never got on with lybale steel. Gamebore for me.

figgy
You could use mail order from the likes of Just Cartridges for some Gamebore Mammoths. Figgy
anser2
Its about 5 years since I bought my last Winchester steel magnum shells , but the 3 inch were £19 a box and the 3.5 inch were £24 a box (25). Remmington are about the same price and the Sportsman 3.5 are £20 and the Nitro steel £27 a box in my local gun shop. Wyhtie the best place for your Lydale shells is in the bottom of a creek. There was a guy who tested them on one of the forums and found they were just 850 feet per second. Compaire that with Remmingtons at 1550 fps. I will never forget a wigeon flight a mate of mine and I had using the Lydale. We had about 30 shots, picked up 4 wigeon all alive and lost at least 8 more that glided down in the darkness over the tide. We swore to never use them again for wildfowl and used some of them on pigeons. Again we had about 30 shots . Knocked down 9 pigeons and not one was dead. I like Express lead shells , but their steel is pretty usless. Gamebore steel is alot better and my main steel shell , but the American stuff is by far the best ( and perhaps Eley Lightning when any of my local gun shops get a round to stocking the stuff.) super sharp shooter
That seems a lot of money for steel. I paid £56 for 3.5" per

kent
Lyvale std steel is pretty pants (black 2 3/4" shells in 4 tried) the high performance 3" red shell is fine (its marked up with that silly 1300 bar rubbish) bought a bunch in no.3 a while back . A guy testing them on a forum would never cut it for me I should have to test them myself - that's subsonic and personally I DON'T THINK SO
anser2
The Express Lydale were in part the blue cased 32 gr steel and in part the black cased supream. Without naming names the guy who tested the Lydale steel shells( 3 inch ) is a regular forum poster and respected homeloader.
