neil3728
Yes, the 22nd, the last sunday before christmas, thought I'd made a mistake the Mrs would kill me if I tried to go on the 21st. Looking like there might be a good turnout, I better go and get some practice. What time you you all want to meet, I was thinking around 10 ish. neil3728
How do people feel about popping into snaith afterwards and having a spot of lunch. There are a few pubs that usually do a sunday carvery. If we have enough interest I'll give a few a ring and see if we can all get in. Paul T
Are we shooting the full 704 again - seemed an uncanny coincidence given the association that particular number has with pigeon watch??? For those that don't know it's a good enough reason to roll this out again....>>The 704yd hare Shot<<. If ever I want a laugh I go have a search and read it again
Mike737
I would like to come to this shoot, and as a relative newbie meet some of the established members, if newbies are encouraged, permitted or tolerated... (or at least not totally ignored...) I could not get away with having a full Sunday lunch/dinner afterwards, because I will be expected to cook a full one when I get home! Would go for a bacon sarnie or something at Park Lodge though... Full meal I would have to have SWMBO along as well, maybe for another time with wives, partners, girlfriends/boyfriends? (Obviously not all at the same time...) Mike.
neil3728
Mike, no one is left out, I was a newbie when I attended last year and was made more then welcome. Shooting ability also doesn't matter all you really need is a good sense of humor and you will get along just fine. I can't shoot for toffee. It's good to try to put a name and face to some people. As for the lunch nothing is set in stone, the bacon sandwich at park Lodge is very good as well. I know not everyone will be able to stay and eat. glb8686
it'll be my first meet with forum members also. Be reet. I have shot at Park lodge a bit though so not too bad. Everyone congregating in the lounge or just the bit behind the reception desk?
neil3728
Park Lodge is not that big i'm sure we will find each other. If it's cold i'll be in the cafe drinking coffee to warm me up.
neil3728
Meet at 10, hopefully be organised enough to shoot by 10.30. Unless someone else has a different idea.
Mike737
10 it is then. Not having been before with a group, do we each get our own clay-counter, or share one and divvy up at the end? How many carts do we need to bring? Mike.

neil3728
last time we, just got one clay mate and split the total at the end, seems easier. You can't miss your daughters birthday, there will be plenty of others times to meet up. Mike pm replied to now, sorry It's late.
