Andy H
You need the glass digitizer screen and the lcd screen to repair it ,As from new they are stuck together and cannot be separated so you have to buy both to repair less than 25 quid the pair. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NOKIA-LUMIA-520-HIGH-QUALITY-TOUCH-SCREEN-REPLACEMENT-DIGITIZER-GLASS-LENS-/141144563317?pt=UK_Replacement_Parts_Tools&hash=item20dcdf1e75 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Original-Nokia-Lumia-520-lumia-510-replacement-LCD-screen-panel-display-/390735281046?pt=UK_Replacement_Parts_Tools&hash=item5af9a33b96
NeverReady
I would second Andy's comments... Pick up the genuine parts on eBay or similar and if you're happy taking things apart a quick visit to the YouTube will find loads of good disassembly / assembly videos and it'll save you a few quid
TaxiDriver
If it was big enough to need a recovery truck I might have a go at fixing it, Sadly it's not in my (very limited) area of expertise
NeverReady
I'd offer to do it for you but I'm not in your neck of the woods any time soon - the missus family live in the Maldon area but we've just got back from there and not planning a visit for a month or so. The Mighty Prawn
My local Timpsons key repair place now fix phones, did my wife's smashed iPhone for £50 which was a lot better than the £140 apple wanted
TaxiDriver
Have found a local shop who say they can do it for £50 which is a result(?) but this will void any warranty, OR, I can replace the phone for £75 in Vodafone shop.
