whybrow Posted January 27, 2014 Report Share Posted January 27, 2014 Hi everyone, My name is Andy and I am completely new to shotguns. I have experience of rifle shooting albeit many years ago. I have always pretty much been a "Townie" and vowed to one day live in a rural area and throw myself into "Country" life.....and 2 years on I still love it! I have started to rekindle my love of shooting, although I wouldn't say I was any good, and have recently visited www.martingorse.co.uk who were absolutely fantastic, very reasonably priced (£16/20 bird, £19/25 bird, £24/30 bird) and they gave some great pointers and guidance on their supervised practice stands. The members seem friendly enough and it didn't take long for a group to approach and introduce themselves, My friend and I were made to feel at ease and very welcome. I would thoroughly recommend them if your new and/or live in Kent and I will certainly be returning each fortnight. I hope to meet people who live near me, with similar knowledge/experience (or an old sweat), who perhaps would like to buddy up, so I can learn with or from.
