stuart21
Hi there, I'm looking for a bit of advice as I have 3 dogs and all walk okay on their own, but together the 2 youngest ones compete to be in front. One is a lab and is 2.5 years old and the other is a working strain golden retriever aged 7 months, and when together absolutely pull like trains. I am training them both separately and the walk to heel is okay. Any advice on what I can do? Thanks
WGD
Don't take them out together until you've trained heel work with them together in a controlled environment

Fatcatsplat
You are at the front at all times. When i'm out with mine they all get a reminder every now and then, but pretty much my oldest (and grumpiest) is first with the other two slightly behind - Usually one on the right, one on the left and one immediately behind me. darren m
if i walk all 3 together i carry a long thumb stick , and tap them into place gently so they are closer to my leg , also tap the floor as you walk in front of them if they try to overtake you. it works on mine anyway
vixen.
If their heel work is good individually swing your stick side to side in front of your knees as you walk with them as a group. They soon learn to fall into place at heel and that anywhere in front results in them bumping their nose into your stick!
