the only thing with the 39gn sbk is if you find some stock up cos you cant always find them. I was shooting them over H4895 not the fastest load out there but a nice sweet load but as they were hard to get hold of i went onto burger 35gn over the same powder and they are deadly but it all depends on what your rifle likes going down its barrel

Hello, I tried all the usuall 204 combos, 32, 40 grain hornadys 40, 35 grain bergers, blitzkings etc. I've settled on 40 grain noslers and h322 powder, 205m primers and a C.O.A.L of 2.255. I was getting pressure sighs well before the nosler max load for that powder so I backed it off a couple of grains and found a really nice sweet spot for my rifle that's not the fastest round in the world but can hit crows all day long out to 300 yards. If I do my bit that is :)

i used H322 and found that no matter what weight bullet you put over it you would get about half way from min to max load and then you was getting pressure sings poor speed and not vrey good groups so i tested powders and primers and settled for the H4895 with a cci br4 primer. But they can be a pain to load for as they are abit chosey what bullets they will shoot

I just checked and the exact load is 23.6g of h322, I haven't chronod this load but it shoots flat out to 200 yards and groups just under an inch when it gets there. That load is nearer the starting point for that bullet but at 24g I was getting cratered primers and flyers!

205 primers are thin cupped i think ,you may be better changing primers i use rem 7 1/2 .but saying that if you have a good load why change ,the load i use does 3660 fps with the 39 sbk not fast but very accurate when i do my bit .had a few crows over 400 and best yet on a very still day was 690,bit of luck came into play on that one

205m are slightly thicker than 205. I use rem 7 1/2 in my triple but have been told there getting hard to find. CCI br4 are the same thickness as 7 1/2s

they are getting hard to find, rang every place local and none to be found.did find some 205 gold match but was later told they were to thin for my 6.5x47,was told to try br4 though.in the end did find some 7 1/2 so happy days .now if i can just get some varget

Will see if I can pick up some br primers next time I'm at the shop, I was having similar results with rem 71/2. Cratered primer and accuracy suffered, I'm just glad I persevered with the 204 cos now I got a good load it's a joy to shoot, love watching the bullet strike, low recoil and a bit tamer muzzle report than most 22 cf's.
