shoot and be safe
We have caught up a few of last year's birds and they have started laying. Having observed the pen the cocks don't seem to be working (observation starts around 11:00 till 15:30 (when my father turns up to check his hens and tend his veg patch)) His hens get a good seeing to all through the day, are pheasants more reserved and do the deed under subdued light?
