Giant bunnies!

I've seen the European giant breeds in a local pet shop, they don't look right at all.

Everything has been scaled up but I don't think bunnies scale well, they look lethargic and totally dopy just lying about, I bet that breed has loads of defects and they probably don't live for long.

Their legs were longer but not thicker, so they would probably be unable to run properly if at all

To grow rabbits like that, it takes dedication.

You have to select the biggest of each breed of rabbits each time. Then breed the biggest of those together, and again select the biggest.

Over time you will have a very large rabbit breed.

This will never happen in nature as a rabbit that size would not find enough nutrition, or for that matter be able to run from a fox.

I think the whole North Korea large rabbit food thing is a little odd, as all the food it would take to feed such large rabbits, would be less then you would get back, in order to feed humans.

Still though, I dont think your average .177 would have much of an effect on one of those
