Konnie
I've got a silver coloured magpie call that looks like a wigeon whistle with bits cut out the trumpet section only one I've ever seen, never got a sound out of it, think I would be better chucking it on the floor and seeing if they come for the sparkle
lakeside1000
Someone told me if you get a wooden matchbox, throw out the matches and put in a few small ball bearings, just shake it around and they will come, its a lot cheaper than electronics and more reliable ( if it works ) never tried it but I rarely see magpies on my perms, plenty in the village but they dont let me shoot in the high street or local park, wonder why.
