naddan28
I got tonsilitus at the start on uni last year, tried to keep going and going then the doctor's mucked up the perscribed medicine. Which resulted in me pretty much dying on my feet catching glandular fever and tonsilitus, losing 2 stone in body weight along with all previous fitness. In the end I probably missed around 8 weeks and still have not fitness (partly due to the fact i cant be assed to go to the gym anymore!) al4x
I found gargling vodka helped both to numb the pain and actually seemed to help, but then I guess it is a pretty good anti septic
SNAKEBITE
I unfortuantly got huge tonsils and was always being threatened with having them removed. At one point they were closing my throat up when I wasa kid! There seems to be a lot of it about recently.
