DannyS
Bought my friend a bottle of Glengoyne 10 and he said it was really nice. For about £35 too, so could be worth a punt.
lord_seagrave
...NAS (non age statement) whisky. Eg Talisker Skye, Singleton Cascade, Glenlivet Founder's Reserve etc etc. Instead of expensive whisky in a cheap box, you're now getting cheap whisky in an expensive box. Perhaps it's progress, and I'm a dinosaur. But I prefer a good whisky, with a mark of quality, that's why age matters to me. This. And even some of the more respectable distilleries are pumping out some wanky NAS 'expressions' for the duty free market. LS
