  1. Feel like the Irish attack is starting to find it's feet.
  2. Saints lads making a good showing of themselves. Was hoping feyi-waboso would get some more minutes
  3. I've got a Luminox and it's brilliant. About 10 years old now and still lights up like a Christmas tree in the dark.
  4. My goodness wasn't he slow - that extra weight didn't help him at all. Zhang looked very dangerous and once again that straight left couldn't miss. Not sure where joyce goes from here but Zhang even at 40 looked great - could cause a number of people problems
  5. Ah man - you'd be surprised the barrage of abuse you get off people when asking people to keep their dogs on a lead around the sheep 🤷I know your situation is different. I'd just let it slide - **** happens, better for your blood pressure
  6. https://bullywatch.link/2023/08/01/finding-kimbo/ Quite an interesting read. Breeding **** to **** with man bitting in their messed up genetics, you end up with what we're seeing now.
  7. A lot more experienced dog men than me would say it's a disaster waiting to happen due to their genetic makeup with pit and mastiff blood in them. Then getting peddled to family homes and inexperienced owners who have no idea of the dog or it's capabilities.
  8. Ban um and the livestock guardians while we're at it
  9. Yeah can't praise them enough. 5 day turn around for a grant seems unheard of these days.
  10. So, I finally applied for my SGC. Sent it off on Monday, heard from FEO on Tuesday, had the visit on Wednesday and had my licence through the letter box on Friday! I was thinking at least 2 - 3 months!? Hats off to Norfolk Constabulary! Fantastic job! Time to go shopping!
  11. Are there any biddable HPR's? Only seem to hear about how they aren't for the faint of heart
  12. I have a 2010 l200 and cant fault it - done about 140k now and has never put a foot wrong. Put bfg all terrains on 40,000 miles ago and it goes anywhere. Obviously depends what you're used to as it is a truck and drives as such. mpg not great but i didnt buy it to be economical.
  13. Interesting - that will be the market flooded pick-ups soon then lol.
  14. Forgot to mention - the Caddy's auto box is known for having issue so if you do go down that route, I'd go for a manual. Im tempted by a little ford fiesta van when the S/H market settles down - 67mpg urban isnt to be sniffed at!
  15. I think you'll see a lot of people going away from pick ups soon. The new models drove a lot more "car like" so people that wouldnt usually consider it bought them, plus with favourable lease deals. I had an auto caddy in the past and it was honestly the nicest, easiest thing to drive. Great economically and had tones of useful little cubby holes and store spaces. I have an l200 now and probably wouldn't if I wasnt farming.
  16. I would say if you spend a lot of time on road and towing the anorak is decent but if you'll be getting it muddy as well - hard to look past the hilux.
  17. In sure the townies and londoners will love them How you liking the jimny?
  18. Hi everyone. Was hoping someone would know of some good creams/ointments I could use on my lurcher who is forever getting little cuts and wounds on him - maybe something that could aid fur regrowth too. Someone mentioned camrosa ointment but heard mixed reviews. ATB
  19. Spot on. Don't think that's really JLR market these days tho.

    Boots

Yeah I read an article in the shooting times on boots and as soon as I saw the brandecosse ones I got a funny feeling in my downstairs area. Like the sound of dedito as supposedly they're pretty light which would be good as I want to wear them all year round - fed up with dealer boots and rolled ankles! Apparently brandecosse customer service is second to none Sam may have a call round.

    Boots

What high lace boots are everybody using these days? I'm with meindl still but fancy a change - particularly after seeing some Brandecosse boots. Anybody got any experience with them? Seen a fair few dedito boots now too, anyone put some hours into them?
  22. Just gone for the Puppy from the original line. What do you feed in the off season?
  23. Gone for CSJ, got a feed supply store not far that stocks their whole range and its very reasonable. Happy with that for now - hopefully the pup gets on well with it
