spandit
Talk about wasted funds, I had two patrol cars and an RSPCA inspector in his van stop me on a farm lane and question me about using live pigeons for decoys, reported by a woman walking her dog, amazing how lifelike those turbo flappers are, wonder what that incident cost, they kept me for questioning for over an hour before letting me go, just a pain in the gluteus maximus. How can they "keep you for questioning"? They have no rights to, or were you too polite to tell them where to get off?
Vince Green
The RSPCA is one of those sham charities that is really a business and only goes through the motions to persue newsworthy stories that keep their name in the papers. When I worked in London, the sheer number of professional chuggers who would accost you in the street trying to get you sign up for a regular standing order for the RSPA left me in no doubt where their real priority lies. Their inspectors are not the most truthful either. A lot are members of other militant organisations who have a hidden agenda of their own to persue,
The Mighty Prawn
Grrrrrrr that show on at the moment about dog rescue showed one of their inspectors visiting a woman who was clearly special needs and barking at her that he had to see the dogs and if there was anything wrong he was going to be taking them, she was distraught and he totally dominated her where any normal person would have moderated their behaviour to not upset someone
