How do I RFD a gun and what are the approximate cost

Recommended Posts

You will also need your buyers RFD's name address and RFD number so yours can get in touch with them,

As said its roughly £25 each end, best way is for each party to pay their own end,

DON'T securely wrap it before taking it to your RFD as he will need to check numbers etc before he sends it.

It's a lot easier than most people think.

As above. Usually, the buyers RFD will send a FAX copy of their licence, and then the firearm can be sent. One of my RFD's have upped their charge to £37.00, which is £25.00 for doing the paperwork, and then £12.00 for the actual cost of sending the firearm.
