Fuji Shooter
If it makes you feel any better I broke 4 drill bits in a row the other day fitting a snorkel on my Landy. Never knew the windscreen frame was so tough.
Gordon R
My youngest, who is probably the strongest person I know - toss up between him and my eldest - snapped a Rotozip 1/4" cutter and a 7mm wood drill in the last two days. I honestly don't know how he managed - I only saw the bits break. I said "In the trade we call them idiots". viking
If you search on eBay for 4mm hss stub drills you may find something that will do it. As long as you don't need to drill to a depth, a stub drill will be tougher just looked on ebay, they look like the ones i now have i will order some

viking
also got the lock in the back door, seems to be a small problem, a while ago i decided to get new locks, which worked out well as because id got new door bottoms they wasnt the same, the old doors had holes in where the locks went, the new doors didnt, but it was ok as the new locks fit in perfectly,, now iv just realised the back door doesnt look right as there is a hole for the lock barrel but the lock is to the side of it, does not look right, so ill have to find a lock to fit it or clean the old one up and put that back in, i know its hardly seen due to the spare wheel been on the back do but i cant leave it like that, can i ?? Fuji Shooter
That looks odd - THe one on the back of my 90 looks like the sort you need. Sorry I can;t check on the Series as it has canvas. As for the holes, I have no ideas what they are for. I would pot rivet them and add a dab of paint. Fuji Shooter
The one you have put on the rear is not a rear door lock. There is no half moon sliding lock thumb latch thingy.
