shotgun sam
The farm I shoot on has had problems with barley and triticale over the last few years and had to use it as whole crop. They have been advised to try some oats next season and in the 36 years I have been going there oats have never been grown. Has anyone any idea if oats are good for shooting pigeons over? fortune
My mate and I have decoyed pigeons onto most things including a field that had been wheat stubble but had been disked in and to all intents and purposes was just dirt. We managed 75 that short day. But I’ve never had any take up on oats at all. They just don’t seem interested at all.
