maxwell
Hi Guy's i am looking for some advice on weening milk that you use or have used, its for my litter of cocker spaniels, thank you
Farma Geddon
Never use it. I just mix dried food with powdered lambs milk into a mush and about 4 weeks old they will start to take it.
geordieh
I use Lamlac or one of the other lamb milk powders
Paul T
For my cockers I used either Skinners or Lactol, but a friend of mine swears by Lamlac. First and last meals of the day always have puppy milk in them and my pups do very well on it. I was told to use it 30 years ago by a very successful terrier breeder and I've not had a reason to change.
stumpy69
We always use Greek yoghurt mixed with beef mince.
bruno22rf
Just raised a litter of ESS puppies-at 4 weeks they will happily take Butchers Puppy food and thrive on it-no need to mess around with milk etc.
