grahamch
Have looked at one of these, quite light with shortish barrel and liked it. Any views on them as a fowling gun

Kalahari
Beccaccia means woodcock, which explains the short light gun. Might be a bit light with a big fowling load? David.
grahamch
It was the 24 inch barrle that I liked, need a short one to fit in my car boot, anything much over 25 will be too long

Guest cookoff013
It's designed to be restricted to 3 or 4 naturally. Got the montefeltro. Good gun.
grahamch
Where I fwl the car parks are also used by public so cant take the gun in a hard case and put it together when I get there, needs to be in the slip when leave home. Cant afford a bigger car at present!

kent
Don't see why not. The gun has steel proof? Fires. 3" shell? It will be ok for all the duck and have advantages over some heavier longer guns at times. It might not be a proper goose flighting gun but 36 grm of number 1 will seriously spoil a greys day
