Yorkshire Pudding
Gents After many years of building i have finally finished off my "all grain" brewery. :( I have been brewing beer at home for many years. Please don't think of home brewed beer as that flat, yeasty tasteing, **** that yer mate made. An u drank and said "yer lovely" and spent the next day with the world fallin outta your ***. I can make any beer as good as any commercial brewery. Saturday will be my first go with my new brewery and i can't decied what style of beer to try. Please help.No lager though as that is a different fermentation prosess and my "largering" fridge is not ready yet. all the best gents
Guest flightline
So that`s cent points for the bitter! Bitte to the German jury for your votes. If this was a real election, IDS would be home by a landslide. But would he then reinstate hunting? That reminds me, Tory Central Office has still not replied to my question! Yorkshire Pudding
Well gents i plumped for a bitter/"strong ale" in the end as that had the most votes. I now have 9 and a bit gallons of "courage directors bitter" fermenting away in the primery fermenter. :( :( :( :( . It'll be a few weeks 'till i brew again as the system needs a few more tweeks. Yet more cash injection all the best
