stuartbrierley Posted October 21, 2015 Report Share Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) i went with les for a look for some pigeons drove around a few of his perms nothing doing that time of year again so decided to go home just as i got back on the drive les phoned he had returned to a field he shot two weeks ago plenty on it 20 minutes later i arrived les was still watching the field there was plenty of birds feeding but we arrived late so this would be a afternoon job when they start feeding again we got set up and it was a steady afternoon as the birds returned ended the day with 79 woody's and 6 ferals (ferret food )we could have shot as many ferals but not wasting any carts on them the field was a bean field ploughed in then muck spread just goes to show if theres food they will be on it Edited October 21, 2015 by stuartbrierley Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was merely pointing out that your bag contained a lot of young birds. As you say a pest is a pest.
