rodp
This is what I do for pleasure Think there's something wrong with my head The old bottom frame from a quad. Cut out ready for replacement. Replacement frame ready for fitting and welding in place I quite like doing this sort of thing, and when done it's a job done properly, not just bodged Edited October 22, 2015 by rodp
kennett
Very smart, how are you at fixing knackered Mules? Ive spent more time fixing ours than actually using it this season

rodp
Probably OK as we do quads, Argo's etc. But I do it for pleasure alongside the proper job and have a backlog. Plus the fact you're miles away
figgy
How does box section stack up against the tube originally used for bending and buckling under load. As tube takes the stress equally in any direction?
rodp
It's 25 x 25 x 3mm so very well against the thin wall tube Honda use. It's also got diagonals (as the original) and 3mm plate up and around the front tubes. It will not move, guaranteed
