felly100
Pet Plan here too,did it through BASC but I think they promote a different set up now.
loriusgarrulus
Some vet insurance doesn't cover working dogs. Try BASC for a gundog insurance. I have a building society account which I pay a standing order into for ours, but if you have just one dog its probably worth doing insurance. al4x
Petplan for me as well, one of the better providers. Whether a dog that comes shooting is a working dog is debateable but last I heard pet plan were fine with it, hence they were the basc suppliers
islandgun
Thanks for that folks, checked out petplan and it looks to be a good choice !
Fal
Petplan both mine are with. From what I read they are the only insurance supplier that are not underwritten by someone else. All the pay out calls are made by themselves, they have a good rep.
al4x
I think you will find they are underwritten by AXA but my experience so at is positive and vets seem to find them good with claims
