Guest stevo
That would depend on your chamber size matey . I have a feeling it 3" in them . Next question ... Is it steel proofed ? Some one will be along in a min to put you right Atb
Scully
If it isn't steel proofed then you may have to use Bismuth through the tighter barrel. Expensive I know but it depends on how much goose shooting you intend to do I suppose. I'm not familiar with the properties of other non-lead shot apart from steel. Alternatively you could have the tighter choke opened up so you can use steel throughout.

If your Miroku is not 3", buy a cheap auto, most are 3" with some being 3 1/2". Having said that I have shot thousands of geese over many years and found the old Eley Hymax and Alphamax 2 3/4" 3's always worked well enough. Problem being, they were lead. Alycidon
36gr will be about as high as you would want to go recoil wise, even then you wont want to be shooting to may. 3s are OK for inland flighted geese. Bigger payload then buy an auto. A
