remmy1100
last night saw us out in crunchy ,cold and moonlit conditions not ideal foxing weather but beats being stuck in we've had few different foxes visiting bait sights and caught them on the trailcams but there times are all over the place started off watching one but nothing showed so we moved on walking was slow and very noisy. we saw very little apart from couple rabbits and some large coveys of partridge , using the nv spotters was difficult with alot of shine back off the snowy grass but we kept smelling fox scent and was no rabbits where they usually are so we knew they were about we eventually reached our golf course permission walked couple of foot through hedge and david spotted fox on hillside 160 yards away sitting looking towards us i quickly dropped onto bipod and sent the shot fox jumped 2 feet dropped stone dead a heavy vixen david also jumped but survived the reason being id forgot the moderator, thats 3rd vixen from hole 10 david took one same place last week.god knows were dogs are last nights vixen davids vixen last week Edited January 20, 2016 by remmy1100
