deny essex
I have seen a respectable amount of pigeon around the takeley, thaxted and on to saffron Walden areas on my drive to a Cambridge hospital this afternoon. I stopped off on route to drop off a flapper and a couple of peckers a chap had ordered and he said he had been watching the birds build up over the past few days. My wife's appointment early tomorrow and takes all day but with luck and the right weather I will be out on Thursday gun in hand.

kitchrat
Here today, gone tommorrow.... I'd seen a lot south of Takley yesterday too, on rape, all gone today, on weeds (chickweed) on a field near Hatfield Heath, which I can't shoot. Hope they're back for you on Thursday....
