mossberg-operator
So, I wasn't always happy there in the past. However there is new management there, they have started to develop the ground, car park half way done, a coffee is coming soon, things happening there at the moment. Had some very positive experiences there recently, they were really flexible trying to accomodate my requests! So, overall well done guys and thank You! James1983
Yeah it's a cracking shoot and can't wait to get up more. Last two trips were very windy and cold as its exposed but that's not their fault and nothing they can control

Danger-Mouse
Thanks for the nice comments guys I`ll be sure to pass them on. As Chris said we`re dancing around with some red tape and the limitations that Peak Parks imposes on us. For instance we have a nice new sign that a PW member very kindly made for us but we`re not allowed to put in a concrete base for it so we`re having to work out an alternative for putting it up. But we do have loads of things in the pipeline. There will be some more improvements made to the ground and some more facilities added. It`s just going to take a little time for everything to come together. But once it does we`re going to have a great shoot. There will also be a few more, and different shooting events added to the calender in the near future. I won`t go into detail atm but we`re hoping that people will enjoy them. One thing I will say is that from Sunday 6th March (inclusive) there will be a sporting shoot every Sunday rather than every other week. Danger-Mouse
We had a busy day there today. Positioned a new trap house that literally weighed a ton. There`s still some work to do but when it`s finished there will be a permanent double trap layout.
millrace
Sign base idea, got round this for another thing....if you have a local stone in the park get a decent size boulder drilled and sign on pole into boulder job done, , keeps local material uses something from area no Crete not permanent no foundation and looks good also..... Thanks for that millrace. We do have an alternative but that`s a really nice idea and I`ll certainly mention it to the guys.
