tweedledee
Anyone still using one? Sold one a while back and would love another.
Scully
Mate of mine has one and it is a beaut'. He wont be parting with it. I found a real eye opener of an example at the CLA last summer, on the Sportsman Gun stand, with sharp chequering and stiff to open, but had already committed to another gun at the time. I think there are still a few on GT but it's been a while since I looked. Malmo had a lovely trap model in their glass display cabinet some time ago, but they didn't have it for long. People who have them tend to hang onto them, or regret it when it's gone.

Glenlivet
There's a pair on GT, a snip at £4K!!!
fortune
For 4k you'd think that they would have taken some decent pics of the " Profuse engraving "
tweedledee
Bit out of my league lol. I'd settle for an unmolested model
Hamster
I haven't seen one on the clay circuit for twenty years which is a crying shame but in the 80's they were rightly popular. The trouble started when Winchester kept subbing out the manufacturing from one "light weight maker" to another and just traded on the name, people aren't stupid though so sales dropped, the original ones are pretty damn good spec even today and that's saying something for a 40 year old design. If only someone could resurrect the blue prints and make the actions as good as the early ones, reckon a tiny bit of a tweak on the stock, rib configuration and barrel weight is all they need to be right up there with best of them. muffin
Very Interesting Love all the 101 do all my shooting with them shoot game with a 7000 field yes 7000 game a lot never heard of them I not seen many so when I did see another a sleeper original and done nothing so I bought it I have to many really but great guns and whilst on the subject I keep a lookout for all collectibles from that era of 101 spares gun cases `adverts etc I would like another but would have to make way in the cabinet by getting rid of one. The only thing I tend to look for at shows as they are better in my opinion than a lot of new stuff as to remaking them they would cost about 2000 grand each to make the quality so would out price themselves. The other thing I look at at shows are the old BSA s/s as I like those had a few but can not collect everything do have a few spares for them if anyone short of anything .
