wymberley
Again, never used them. To get an idea out of interest I was going to run them through the Sierra suite but couldn't because the Hornady website tells me that production is temporarily suspended and as such the details aren't available. If anything, it would be more suited to rabbit. I have to say that from what you've said on the other thread, I think that giving a feasible range for fox of some 150 yards is over egging it and I'd go along with the other posters who have said that c100 is nearer the mark. This is certainly my experience with the calibre using by preference the 40g RWS or the 50g Federals. If the WMR was 150 capable it would mean that for probably somewhere near 75% - or even higher - of foxes shot there would be no need for a CF. Edit: PS This might be helpful: http://www.shootinguk.co.uk/reviews/ammunition/22wmr-cartridge-ammo-review Edited June 30, 2016 by wymberley
jam1e
I've used them, but only on testing the groupings of several makes through my .22 WMR. The 25 NTX didn't group as well as several others.

Also as you have said 150 may be pushing I respect that as I havnt shot a fox with it yet. I figured 150 was a bit far out for fox so will obviously limit it, all up for a clean kill and hate wounding... I've used them, but only on testing the groupings of several makes through my .22 WMR.
