super sharp shooter
Thought i would try something different for the game this year and purchased some RC HPF3 35g shot size 5. I've been on the RC web page and can't find any ballistic info on them and there isn't any on the box. Has anyone got a link to anymore info on them. Thanks SSS

johnnytheboy
I'd be interested to know how they compare with the RC oro 35g, they are a great cartridge!
White Rabbit
I've been bowling Rabbits over fairly well with the above load. I can't tell any difference between the hpf3's and the oro's. The oro's are meant to be 1420fps and the hpf3's 1450fps so may be punchier but hard to tell through an auto. I assumed the oro's would be discontinued with them being so similar but I may be wrong. Sure they'll make a cracking high pheasant/rough shooting cartridge. WR
Bass301gmh
I've used them on the 1st Oct Pheasant shoot this year. Fast and hard hitting but with no noticeable recoil. There was myself and another using them while the rest of the team was using Gamebore Dark Storm no difference in performance apart from the RC's was considerably cheaper. Although I did find them to be a dirty cartridge - left lots of dirt in the barrel but cleaned up with very little effort. Gareth
