the crowman Posted October 17, 2016 Report Share Posted October 17, 2016 Hi there,I have a diesel leak from a filter or pump of some sort that is at the back of the motor.Its above the def and had it in the garage but he didn't know what it was. He phoned Nissan and the chap on the other end didn't know either.So I've come to the PW boys to see if you can help me out. ditchman Posted October 17, 2016 Report Share Posted October 17, 2016 if the desiel leak is from the rear of the car then it is more like a leak from the electric fuel pump...to which i suppose there will be a filter spin on/spin off canister........dont sound a major problem... four-wheel-drive Posted October 17, 2016 Report Share Posted October 17, 2016 (edited) I was looking at this the other day hope it may be of help to you. There is another fuel pump on the back of the engine a pig to get at I an having new suction valves fitted tomorrow not leaking but slugish engine at times if your leake is in this area it could them that are leaking.
